We are women-led, sustainable real estate developers that envision, operate, and manage investments that prioritize people and the planet. Guided by the values of sustainability, community, and connection, we believe healthy people create healthy buildings.
Our portfolio spans across Canada, the USA, and Costa Rica. The CONNECTIONS building is our flagship location - where we connect and grow this concept of healthy real estate with our community.
Rooted in the Seventh Generation Principle, an Indigenous teaching, we consider the long-term impact of every decision—ensuring our projects support both today’s communities and those seven generations into the future.
